Shipping Policy

We offer shipping to locations within Singapore only.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders typically arrive within 1-3 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, peak periods, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery destination and shipping option selected at checkout. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed upon keying your delivery address before you complete your purchase.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping availability is subject to the service areas and restrictions of our logistics partners. We are unable to deliver to locations that are restricted or not serviced by our logistics partners.

If we are unable to fulfil an order due to a shipping restriction, we will notify you as soon as possible for alternative arrangement or a refund where applicable.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. You can use the tracking number to track your delivery status.
