Return & Exchange Policy
At Nihombashi, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality household products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help you with the return or exchange process.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its sealed and original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
To initiate a return, please contact us at nihombashistore@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please note that the cost of shipping the product back to us will be borne by you.
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be for the price of the product, less any shipping charges.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product or if you received the wrong product, we will gladly exchange it for you. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at nihombashistore@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product, and we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost to you. Please note that the cost of shipping the product back to us will be borne by you.
Exceptions
Please note that the following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Products that are not in their sealed and original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories
- Products that were delivered more than 7 days ago
- Personal hygiene products are strictly not returnable
Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may still return it as per our return policy.
